Swimming Club
We aim to equip our students with different aquatic skills and develop their swim strokes. During lessons, they also work on increasing their speed and stamina. Students in the beginner and intermediate groups learn front crawl, breaststroke, and aquatic survival techniques. The beginner swimmers are introduced to swimming in deep water, which include performing confidence jumps. The intermediate and advanced swimmers practise their starts and dives from the start blocks. The latter also learn basic backstroke and butterfly stroke techniques. To cultivate team spirit and love for the sport, there are fun relays and ball games which our students actively participate in.
