Artistic Swimming
Artistic Swimming is both an individual and team sport. It is a blend of meticulously coordinated acrobatics, swimming and dance. The sport requires grace, strength, flexibility, breath control, split second timing, and endurance.
Swimmers compete individually during Figures, and then as a team during the Routine. Figures are made up of a combination of skills and positions that often require control, strength, and flexibility. The Routine involves teamwork and synchronization. It is choreographed to music and often has a

Selection Trials for new members for the following year are often conducted in November of the current year after the CCA registration.
